Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement
In its editorial policy the "ACCESS: Access to science, business, innovation in digital economy" journal complies with the international standards for publication ethics.
Publisher the journal follows the recommendations and core practices regarding ethical policies and dealing with misconduct of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE, https://publicationethics.org/core-practices).

The code of ethics refers to all participants in the publication process: publishers, editors, authors and reviewers. The rules concern ethical issues like: objectivity of reviewers and equal treatment of all articles and authors, originality and plagiarism, confidentiality, fraudulent citation and data, possible conflict of interest.
"ACCESS: Access to science, business, innovation in digital economy" is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice.
Authors who submit papers to "ACCESS: Access to science, business, innovation in digital economy" attest that their work is original and unpublished, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Fees and charges
The journal "ACCESS: Access to science, business, innovation in digital economy" is owned by ACCESS Press Publishing House.
The official partner of the ACCESS Press Publishing House is the Association for Cultural and Socio-Economic European Collaboration. The аssociation has multiple connections with universities and scientific organizations, and is working in the organization of international scientific conferences, which gives the journal a great exposure among those organizations and the scientific community, involved with them. The conferences, organized by the association, along with all their details are published on the Access Press website.
If there is no external funding, then the APC is 850 Euros. This publication fee has to be paid after submitted paper is reviewed and accepted for publishing. There are no article submission charges or article reviewing charges. The publication fee does not influence editorial decision making.
Please note that for papers accepted after 31 December 2023, an APC of EUR 950 will apply.
Conventional paper length does not exceed 8000 words. In case a paper is longer than 8000 words, an additional lump sum of 150 Euros is charged.

The scientists who actively work in their fields of science are often invited to evaluate research papers of the other researchers. The main task of a peer reviewer is to evaluate the pros and cons of a research paper in the qualified and objective way in order to help the other scientists correctly disclose the results of their research.

Types of manuscripts
The editorial board welcomes for publishing all authors who would contribute for achieving the objectives and scope of the journal. We publish articles in the following groups: Conceptual papers; Research papers; Case Study; Micro articles; Abstract of doctoral dissertations.
